    G CLARON 305mm

    Does anyone know the angle of coverage on this lense.

    The actual circle of illumination of the 305mm G-Claron is around 80 degres, and if you stop down to f/32 or more the performance at the extreme edges of the field is more than adequate for contact printing with the 7X17 format. In fact, the lens even gives you a couple of inches or more of movements with the 7X17 format.

    G CLARON 305mm

    I've used the 305G on 11x14 and had a combined rise and fall of about 3" - a wonderful lens!
