    Hello from Bergger USA

I would like to introduce myself to this excellent forum.

I am the new manager of Bergger USA, and would be happy to be a direct contact, or point of information to any community member here.

I've seen a couple reviews (large format blog) and one elsewhere for your Pancro 400 and they didn't sell me on it. For the price, I'd like it to have advantages over hp5 and tri-x.
Do you have a link including examples with data like curves and reciprocity?
I'd be happy to test some.

    Vinny,

The main advantage of Pancro400 over HP5+ and TriX is the modern emulsion and materials used to make it. It offers a favorable grain structure with good fine grain results even with "conventional" developers. With our specialty developers (which we are working on getting to the US) results are exceptional.
TriX is not in the same price range.

I will get the gamma charts and try to post them when i can.

Pancro also has a better reciprocity curve, and i will try to get the chart up ASAP as well.

Speed and reciprocity that come close to tmy-2 is what many of us are after. $10 for a sheet of 8x10 film is outrageous so a true 400 speed emulsion for less would be great.

Probably not, but Pancro 400 will be regularly available in 11X14 very soon.

2-3 months ago I had placed an order with B&H for COT 320. A couple of weeks later they informed me that it was no longer available. Was that just their way of saying they were no longer selling the paper?

Actually, that's just their way of saying it was out of stock.

All Cot320 paper sizes are now in stock at BH (might take them a couple more days to update the site), but please let us know if you still have a problem getting it from them.

In the interim, Bostick and Sullivan also carry Cot320 and should have a good stock readily available.

    Re: Hello from Bergger USA

Is there a USA website and product list? I used to love the Bergger papers (NB mostly); are any of them coming back?

    Good luck with your endeavors.
