    Cold light

    Hi Giovanni,

I do not know the exact color output for an Aristo, or Zone VI cold light in Kelvin units, but I do know that the output for cold lights is very rich in the blue end of the spectrum. The newer V54 Aristo tube is more evenly balanced across the spectrum, but is still quite blue. If you are thinking about using a cold light for color printing, not a good idea.

Go to www.aristogrid.com, and you can find spectral output curves for each bulb type that they offer. Here's the chart--
