    Put in a slight counter twist then steam it to relax the fibres, then let it cool and set a day or so. Should work. If it returns after that then I think you are out of luck.

    Find or make a tennis racket press to clamp the holder and set aside for a couple of weeks in a warm place. You may have to adjust tension occasionally to bring it flat, don't try to flatten it all at once if it is badly warped.
