    This certainly qualifies:

Being a web-developer I just find it amusing. Nothing against Jim btw. Having a cutting edge, responsive website doesn't qualify one to develop negatives or prints. In fact, I trust him more :-).

Let's just say we would all rather struggle to make the prints look good and the film come out than to mess around with CSS. ;-)

Be interested in seeing your web site and understanding what cutting edge would look like.
My website is pretty simple you could comment on mine if you wish.

I've been very happy with LTI. They're fast, have good prices and have always done a great job.

Jim is a great black and white printer so MV is a good place to go to have prints made.

Yes, I've learned a lot, it always helps to look at prints and negatives, no matter who shot them. The people at Jim's lab are terrific, very friendly, and kind.

I'm sorry that it has taken me a while to get back to this thread.

MV Photo Labs is looking for a new space because the building is being torn down and turned into a hotel.

Jim Megargee has started a GoFundMe campaign to help defray the cost of the move. People who contribute to the campaign get a credit against future lab work, such as film developing or printing.

    The campaign is here:

Any amount people can contribute would be greatly appreciated.

MV is a special place. Jim has aways been gracious with giving his time and expertise to help photographers improve how they shoot and print their work.

All of us who work at the lab would like to see Jim continue his work. There aren't many black and white labs left in the city, help us hold onto this one. Thank you.

Best lab for LF is LTI, hands down. Clean work. Competitive pricing, accountable and nice people.
