A new type of lens/service marking - help with French, please!

A very large, unmarked, pill box landscape meniscus.

A quite poor (but usable!) 2 glass meniscus with Derogy á Paris ink edge marking.
I am quite doubtful that the lens is original to the brass body. The interal lens retaining screw thread ring is gone.

Doing a little rescue job on this, when I discovered the thin brass lens mounting has a long inscription.

    Something like:

"Coariller tete double Pour le non Pollé 06 long foyer"

    Can anyone help.

I don't think this is rude message from the past - but I apologise is this is the case!

Best I could guess would be:

    Bariller(t) tête double pour le non-collé - 06 - long foyer

    Translation:
    Double-headed barrel for the un-glued (element) - 06 - long focus

    Merci!

That sound about right. I can see no evidence of balsam separation (edge or general yellowing) so I think it has been rebalsamed and the internal mount screw ring has been lost or damaged in the process. I can't quite get a meaning from the "double" - unless the lens was originally from a Derogy Petzval. perhaps?

The focal length is 46cm, max. aperture is F5.8, which is closer to the French landscape style (long focus) than the UK versions.
