    Oooops, wrong thread.
Should've been in the "everything else" section.

    13 (?) locks?

Equal 13 landowners, each with their own key to get in the gate.
I like it, it reflects well the changed West I live in. When I was a kid nobody locked gates. We were pretty much welcome anyplace, just close the gate if you found it closed and leave it open if you found it open. Idiots have ruined it now.

Yes sir, thee is no freedom today like the freedom I knew in my youth. Always ask permission to hunt or fish, but otherwise free to roam.

Randy, I thought I commented earlier but apparently not. I really like this, especially with your titling. I almost want to see it cropped into the bulb so that we only saw the innards as an abstraction, with that title.

Here's another try at shooting this logic board from 1975. The full story is in the MF b&w thread.

I have one other negative hanging to dry which I might like even more.

Thanks, Bryan. I have a lot of time in 'Atomic'. My title took a year to finalize. I see what you mean about abstraction, but Illinois uses Nukes for 50% of our power/need/usage. I was scared in the 50's, always ducking and covering. I still am. A Physics major until I saw the light. Pun intended.

I suppose I should make a huge print for more power...

Ah, I see how you've connected the image to the metaphorical and literal source! I like it even more!

Here's the second image I shot tonight in the studio. I think I like this one more. Will make a print of this one for sure. I wonder how big.

    Same camera and such.

Bryan; this last one is great! I like how I can see the traces on both sides of the board, and the little bit of handwriting and the wirewrap jumper keep it real.

Thanks jp. Yes I was especially found of how it looked backlit, when you can see through it. If you have a moment, I made a thread dedicated for these...I think this has inspired me to start a project. I have an old IDE drive here I am going to dig into to get a photo of the platters and arm....
