Malware Bytes will get the job done. There's a free version, and a paid version for more capability. I use the paid version. It has real time malicious website protection.

You might want to download and run the free version's scan to see if your already have a malware problem and remove it.

I'm using Malwarebytes. It seems to work very well. I downloaded the free version then upgraded to the $20 version because the latter offers real-time protection.
