I happened to be in Christchurch when ZZ Top was in town for a concert. I had a few people double take on me, and one asked, but my beard was really not that long!

    And thank you, Randy.

A large format gentleman always holds his pinky finger up while pulling the dark slide or is that while drinking tea? I keep forgetting!

    9. Is not a woman
    10. Auto didactic artist

That's not the video that came to my mind when thinking of the top 10 character traits of LF gentlemen. I present: BBC 2's series Grumpy Old Men, the Christmas special

Having worked with Bob for a week, I can say that his fartulence is not limited to "under the cloth"

That said, a Gentleman LF Photographer never tells

Sometimes I wish the American cultural streak were not prevalent on this forum.

    Another key trait:

The LF Gentleman who reads a rule-breaking post about politics or religion passes over it with amused silence. ;^)

As a LF Gentleman I of course was raised to appreciate the value of doing no actual work, which is why my valet pushes the shutter release.

Sounds like the "LF Aristocrat" to me.

Reminds me of my female assistant who carries the picnic basket, wine bottle, and glasses.

In view of the gender-related comments above, I'll call her the "LF Gentleman's Lady."
