    Like the portrait of the girl, it probably make a strong impression printed as 8x10 or bigger.

    Chrism, you seem to have a real good connection/communication going with all these hospital people! Bunch of people putting up nice portraits in this thread and the LF portraits this month!

    After lights out last night, I heard some noise in the girls room. I peaked in and my older daughter was reading to the younger one. I went and grabbed the nearest camera which was my wife's D50 with 50/1.8d. A quick guestimate in exposure compensation and lightbulb-white balance setting and I got what I wanted for a candid. I snuck into the room and took a couple photos, which the girls completely ignore because they are used to being photographed and they were quite involved in the book. The blue color is from blue/green walls and some cooler white-balanced LED christmas lights that are sometimes used for low illimunation.
