    ICG 370HS "Rotate Fault"

    Hello to All,

Three years ago, I bought a scanner ICG 370HS and it worked fine until a few days ago when, shortly after start spinning to balance the apertures, the engine stopped, and accused a "Rotate Fault".

The door was closed, and the electric voltage above 90.

I opened the bottom cover and noticed 4 rubber straps loose about the axis.

Please, does anyone know what could have happened?

I am in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and tried unsuccessfully in the past three years to find a specialist. It seems they all now work only with hospital equipment.

    Thank you!
    José

Problem solved. A very kind friend, Guilherme Maranhão, who is also a user of this forum, discovered in minutes the place from where the four rubber strips had fallen, and put them back in their place. And so the scanner is working again.

    Thanks Guilherme!

    Thanks
