    Tachihara Compendium Problem: SOLVED !

Admit it, you've lost sleep over this problem: you love the Tachihara and want to use it in challenging light, but there's no way to attach a compendium lens hood to the camera without spoiling its beautiful finish. You don't want to buy a different camera.

A Sinar Compendium shade slips right over the front of the Tachihara. No need to fasten anything.

    It's a miracle !

Re: Tachihara Compendium Problem: SOLVED !

I haven't owned a Tachi in 20 years, but the couple of ones I had did not have a very solid front standard-to me it was the biggest weakness of the design at that time and why I went to the Phillips which is rock solid. How heavy is this and does it pull the front standard foreword?
    Thanks,
    Kirk

The Sinar bit is very light: just a few pieces of plastic and the bellows. It's not ideal, but it works
