Probably from a bot, since the info in the email does not match me. Anyone know about this? I looked online and their image licensing fees are above microstock levels.
The agency / artist model for stock is dead, unless you don't mind pennies on the dollar now leading to nothing in a few years. I continue to earn money in stock because I have a unique niche and market it underground my self.
As individual images, stock in general is thought of as worthless by companies like this. But as a collection of millions of images in a bulk corporate purchase of "content", that is where their worth lies. Don't be a part of it.
In the time it took you to think about and write this post you went backwards financially.
And it won't get any better if you put further effort into this market.
