    Axelwik, this looks like a fine portrait, but I cannot see all of it at one time, even with full screen reduction.Perhaps you can make it a bit smaller for us.

    Overlook at Dead Horse Point by Brandon Ward

    300 million years of geology on display, amid a vertical drop of 2,000 feet to the Colorado river below.

    Interesting fact: The white ribbons in the canyons are old mining roads from the 50s, when the US Government was on the hunt for uranium veins. Those would carry heavy mining and exploration equipment throughout the canyon.

    Thank you, Jerry. Dead Horse Point State Park pretty much hands you incredible vistas, much like Canyonlands, but without the crowds. I wish I could have visited this park for a week, rather than the morning I was able to spend.
