Do Linhof Cable Releases come with the QR cone?

Are there any Linhof cable releases that come with the Quick release cone already fitted? Also, it's been my experience that the quick release system works well, at least with the 2 lenses that I have with the QR adapter. I've just purchased another lens and am about to order a lens board. Jack Dykinga's book recommends leaving cable releases permanently attached to each lens which seems convenient in that your not looking through the bag looking for the cable release. I was looking for some feed back or opinions as to which system most prefer.

I have one recessed Linhof lens board with the cone but I don't use the Linhof cable release system, I use the adapter sold by MidWest Photo Exchange and other places for about $10 and leave a normal cable release on the adapter.

That is a question for Marflex since it is a replacement part and not an accessory. 973 808-9626. I am not even sure if the button is available without the holder it comes on.
