    X-ray film in Europe?

    Hello!

I am quite interested in getting a box of X-Ray film for general shooting as it is cheap and I am both low on cash and new to LF. I have found many cheap sources of film in America but the vendors are reluctant to ship any here. I called to a few UK based sources but the prices were about 4-5 times that of American ones, although the film was the same Fuji HR.
To cut my rant short, do any of my fellow shooters in Europe know a source that doesn't require me to break bank?

    Thanks!

    Vallo

I have not found a retail source, but have picked up film on E*ay.
Mostly metric sizes (30x40cm and smaller) and made by Agfa.

I've not tried any of these yet but I've located 3 in the UK
    Ortho Care (UK) Ltd
    A. Sommerville Ltd
    Vetinary X-Rays
All supply 13x18 and other sizes that you could cut down.
I haven't looked at prices recently but remember:-

Could you please give me the contact information of this wonderful place? I am rather interested and would save a heap on shipping too since CZ is not very far!

I'll ask the company whether they are able and willing send their film to different countries (there may be some legal limitations since it is strictly speaking medical stuff) - if not, I'll try to be helpful..
