Mmmm.. Maybe. But less so than a 110b/900 conversion. They basically build a whole new body, and re-use the rangefinder and strut system.

The upside vs. 110b/900 are many: lighter, more compact, sleeker, better options for backs, etc. downsides are the viewfinder/rangefinder might not be as good - I don't know, I haven't used a 110b.
