I decided to go ahead with Weldwood Contact Cement since I already had it on had. It was a bit tricky since the outer skin had only partially detached from the bellows, but a little patience and it at went back together quite well.

I should have taken 'before' images. but I got anxious to tackle the project. Suffice it to say that both sides and the bottom of the external layer of the bellows were loose with the bottom completely off except at the rear, and the right side (facing the camera) spread out like a wing of some sort.
The left side wasn't quite so bad, but still totally loose.
Anyway, it all came together well. I still need to touch up a few of the corners with some Kiwi liquid shoe polish and then test for further leaks, but it looks a huge amount better than when I started.
