Without seeing the negs I wouldn't jump to any conclusions about the keeping properties of Delta 400. Lovely portraits though, I particularly like her expression in the second one.

sure I agree with you, better seeing the neg first, but, consider that this is my #1800 developed negative , I'm sure this film is fogged and old and the scan of the neg couldn't be bettered more than that by photoshop. I've shooted 15 sheet of film, 4 of them are delta 100, and those are not fogged at all. I'm a little worried about, how expose and process? I overexposed a bit, and I've pulled contrast a bit, just in case to enhance the softness. Any other idea , will you help me?

This may be the least interesting portrait you'll see all day, but I've recently started shooting 4x5 with an old Crown Graphic and processing the negatives myself, so to me this is pretty cool. Lots to learn!



Portra 400.

Another one from the wedding I shot in June, just back from the lab. The only shade available on a 95°F day was under this tree with a building in the background, and so I used the Aero-Ektar wide open to help blur it out. The portrait and light are fine, but I'm still not happy with how distracting the background is.

It just means she will be very pretty, and all the boys will want to date her, and she will go on dates and worry her parents because of all the attention. It does NOT imply she will be promiscuous (sleep with the boys), just that her parents may worry that she would.
