Conversion from Linhof M679 to M679cc and M679cs

There is no conversion possible.

Maybe as spare parts, but that would not make a M679 into a cs. The base is also different. On the M679 and the cc it is a non geared leveling base. On the cs it is a geared leveling base. The DOF calculator on the cc and cs is different then the original M679. The M679 did not have direct movements, the cc added some and the cs added them front and back.
By the time you would be finished buying parts it would have been cheaper to just buy the cs.

So the factory offers no upgrade path from one to another.
