when did these come out? it's like an updated version of the 3-way levelling head with a built-in quickfix i or arca-swiss connector. for the latter, they only have a screw clamp at the moment, but i'm guessing a lever clamp will eventually be offered.
The new versions came out at the 2012 Photokina last September and have been shipping since late 2012 and early 2013, depending on the market you are in.

This was the first one shipped to the USA for the Photo Plus Show at Javitts Center last fall.
