    Steve Sherman Interview

One of our own members, Steve Sherman, has an excellent interview at rfotofolio. Thought everyone would enjoy hearing about about how he comes to create some of the best wet darkroom printing and large format film capture work out there today. Steve is a great photographer and master printer. Throws a pretty good shindig as well!

You can see more of Steve's work, or look into his workshops, at his site http://www.steve-sherman.com/workshops.cfm

    Congratulations Steve on the interview!

Steve arrives here tomorrow, we have 6 students booked in our darkroom to watch his magic. A group of us are going to see Salgado Genesis show at the ROM friday evening. Looking forward to seeing my friend again.

I have a stunning Steve Sherman print on my living room wall, and I can tell you that both his work and his words are worth paying close attention to.

He's one of those rare individuals whose warmth, depth and sincerity - and other intangible elements of his mere presence - are instructive and uplifting: a real teacher.
