Same developer - stand development for half an hour (in stead of a full hour)...

8x10 TMY-2 semi-stand in pyrocat-hd diluted 5ml A + 5ml B + 1200ml water, in BTZS tube. Constant agitation for first minute. Then 5 seconds a third of the way in and 5 more seconds 2 thirds in. A third of the way in, I pull the film out and reinsert it upside down. I repeat this 2 thirds in. This seems to reduce any bromide drag. I've moved away from stand development as the chances of bromide drag is quite high. Tube is kept vertical when at rest. Total development time for this image was 50 minutes. Kallitype print.

I gave it a first try last night with Fomapan 100 in XTOL. I only chopped off the dead space of the contrast curve in PS. The first is developed as I normally would (except I would probably fill the tank better..) and the other one just left sitting there for an hour. Details on the image. Besides the obvious movement of the branch in the wind, I think I gained about 2-3 stops. With a little fine tuning this might be my new way of developing high contrast shots with this film.
I can see what appears to be a bit of bromide drag where her elbow is. It can be a real drag... heh heh... especially contrasty areas. Are you doing stand or semi-stand? Trays or other?

You could give semi-stand a go then. I'm not familiar with jobo, but are you able to invert the negatives at least halfway through development? Even with semi-stand, my negatives are eye-popping sharp.

Took a few images in a cave (used to be a chalk mine) - filled with sculptures...
Almost NO light... so faint..
100iso film (FOMA) - Gandolfi 13x18 - TTH RV lens full aperture - about 1min exposure.
Semi stand development one hour HC110 (diluted)
I am surprised how much came on the film...
