Sekonic L-778 Not Working...

Help, I've got a very nice Sekonic L-778 Dual Spot Meter that suddenly quit working. Nothing shows up LCD panel at all. Just looks like it is turned off. Yes... I have changed the batteries; twice. Still nothing. Just wondered if any of the other owners of this great meter have any tricks up their sleeves to revive it. I did notice that the "Sekonic" plastic panel above the lens in front is missing.

If not, where the heck do I send it for repairs.
