Anyone bought ground glass from tssy2005 on eBay?

Considering one of these for my 8x10 P2. Any comments on fit and finish as well as the claimed brightness improvements?

I think I bought the same glass, but from a different seller, about two years ago for my Toyo 810G (since sold).
If I recall, it was of excellent quality, cut to my specifications, and fit perfectly; nice, bright and contrasty, too.
No fresnel needed.
Should you have any problem with it, Chinese sellers usually have a very good return policy, so it's a win/win situation.
