Here is my first 12x20 plate made today. I can't scan it because all the sections scan different tones so this is just a crappy phone pic of it still in the wash bath, don't mind the junk floating in the water.
Edit: i had another go today and have concluded there is a light leak in the camera back (edit 2: plateholder light trap!) I need to get this fixed! If anyone can offer any advice I'd love to hear it!
I am very very happy with the even development, that is my biggest joy. I don't think this plate is a 'keeper' but it is a massive step forward for me and I think a great first plate for 12x20. I absolutely love the aspect ratio of 12x20, though. Feels so natural to me. I have a 355 f9 G-Claron and a 450mm f9 Zeiss Jena to use on this format.
