I need to figure out where to get 1.5L or larger glass jar to do silver maintenance sometime this week Have not done it yet. How do you filter it?
I use one of these for my backup bath

You can get a big funnel just about anywhere.
Do yourself a favor and get REALLY big filters.
Makes things go quicker because you can put more in at a time.
    I bought these.

Thank you all for your responses where I was wondering how come the above looks like it has much more fine detail. I have enjoyed viewing everyone's wet plate and am excited to dive in myself.

Maybe I should start a new thread as I don't meant to hijack this one. But can anyone identify any specific technique or equipment that may have been used for the photos in the link above? There is a quality to them that I very much want to understand.
I've decided to take my line of questioning to a new thread because I realize I was hijacking this one with my questioning. Sorry to bother you all! I wish I could edit my past reply but it won't let me. Here's my new thread for this question

    De-Gourd-O-type.....
Real cameras are measured in inches...
    Not pixels.

This is a wet plate collodion experiment.
So two exposures on the same plate.
It needs very accurate measuring but I am happy with the result.

    26,5 x 26,5 cm tintype
    Dallmeyer 3a wide open (f4)
    exposure times 2 x 3 seconds
