    yup thats what mine is ,,vertical.the water drained down to the lower section onto the newer papers.but some packages in the upper part had water as well dripping from the ceiling.some of my papers...

    Sounds simple but what i do is mix my dev. (for my 4X5 dev.tanks ) if the temp is too high i put it in the fridge,for awhile,if its too low i put it in a hot water bath for a bit.unless your dev....

    Mixed up some D-72 today
    -H20.50C3 litters
    -metol 12 G
    -Sulfite180 G
    -Hydroquinone 50 G
    -Carbonate 270 G
    -Bromide 7 1/2 G
    -H2o to make 4 L

    I mistakenly added the metol last,,i saw it...

    Ditto,I use it after wash for 1 min.(very diluted) before squeegee and dry,it has nothing to do with developer it just gets rid of water spots and makes the neg,squeaky clean ,,like dish soap.
