Hello, i also have an F2, but 5x7 model. You "rotate" the back by unmounting the thing and remounting it, in portrait or landscape mode. Theres just two plastic locks that keep it in the place.

Btw, this is the special 5x7" model.

Yes i tried to back two stops, but its still slightly out of focus. I noticed that the front standard

would do it, it was a low contrast lightning.
I counted the rpms of my CPA2 and looks like its faster...

The negs would be contact printed on regular paper like Kodak fine art fb,

It is pretty stiff but ofcourse it isnt totally solid like some heavy monorails
