Re: Set up for Packard shutter

That may be one way to make it possible. Or I could just put the bulb on a table and use my elbow, like I do with other troublesome stuff.

That wouldn’t have much control though.

    Well…
    Since...

Hand strength is something to consider. I have arthritis in my hands…wondering if this is indeed a good idea. In any case it will be fun to try

    Set up for Packard shutter

    Hi everyone

I’m sure I saw a thread about these somewhere but can’t find it.

I got a Packard shutter in a box with other camera parts awhile ago. It’s in great condition but is missing the...
  6. Re: Artists using Photographs to inspire or assist them?

    Re: identify logo on shutter?

Interesting...thanks again for the info. You mentioned " in that time". What time would this be? The 1960s? I've read that's when Seagull was active first. Is that right?

  22. Re: ideas for changing diameter on roller blind shutter?

I thought it was too large. I have no idea what to ask for something like this, if I went ahead and offered it for someone with a larger camera. Hmmm should go through the listings and compare.

  24. Re: ideas for changing diameter on roller blind shutter?

This one has no lugs of any kind. It was mounted on the lens when I bought the camera. Just for interest Steven, it is the Swift shutter that came with my Challenge
