I will send a couple the Drew this weekend and once he have confirmed if it fit properly I can start to sell to others.
What is a descent price range for two? 20-30$?

As I don't have a camera I plan on sending a couple to Drew Bedo, if he want and then he can check and confirm.
Ok thanks, I'll try as it is
What about the thickness? It will be cut in spring steel so maybe 0,8-1mm will be ok?
Drew i tried PM you but
Drew Bedo has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.
I will try and cut some at work this week.
He has some concern about the small amount of material left around the holes.
It's at 0,5mm now, would the piece fit in the camera if I made it 1 or 1,5mm...
I got a file ready to be cut but no camera to test it with.
I made it as best I can from Drew Bedos picture earlier in the thread.

I've tried it now and it did not go well all the negatives moved and got stuck together.
I made a complete redesign and hoping it will go better this time.
Only four negs at the time now.

The two endpieces...
I don't have a darkroom and find it simpler to use tanks.
It will be printed in five parts all with flat side down.
I think the center will be just fine to print, it's not a "solid" center instead a "sprocket" center to allow for some flex.

I got a 5x7 camera that I haven't used a lot because of the hassle of developing the film.

A related question.
Which Polaroid model is the best for a 4x5 conversion as far as coverage goes?
Any model that cover all of the negative?
What is the price?
I can't find it on yhe last pages.
I could ask if it is possible and how much it would cost to cut such a part in the metall laser cutter at work.
Does anyone have a CAD file or a picture with some basic dimensions so I can make my...

I am going to try it with a more square wheel to give some more time at the end of the rocking motion.

I did use large trays and constant agitation but I didn't flip the negative.
If I remove the backside emulsion might that help a bit?

I was going to make salt and albumen prints but might give Van Dyke brown a try to.
The problem might be my old HP G4050 scanner, the preview scans look ok but "real" scan gets all blown out.

I used ISO 100.
