Best Vehicle & Camper for photo field work?

Ford F-150 with Pastime camper. The camper is lightweight for its size, comfortable, and well made. With the exception of backpacking trips the tent stays in the closet.

    Graduated ND filter quality

I use Singh-Ray GSND filters (which are resin) and have nothing but good things to say about them both in terms of optical quality and neutrality. Lee filters are reputed to be excellent also.

I shoot an Arca Swiss...no need for a back up (fingers crossed).
  4. How do you store your 6x9 transparencies?

I mount mine in Bair transparency mounts (outer dimension of 4X5) and store them in Print File (4X5 transparency) archival pages. I then hang the pages in a steel filing cabinet.
  5. Schneider Super-Symmar 80/4.5 XL - NOT sharp???

I bought an 80 XL about 4 years ago, don't know if it's considered an early production one or not, but I can tell you that it is nearly impossible to focus this lens anywhere in the field of view...

  7. Initial Submissions of Photos as JPEGS on CD OK?

Personally, I wouldn't send unsolicited submissions of any kind. First of all, there's no obligation on the part of the editor to return them to you. Secondly, there's a good chance you could send...

    Arca swiss reflex viewer

I use an A-S reflex viewer on a 69 FC. Being able to view a bright image on the GG magnified 4X is a big help in composition but I still use a loupe and dark cloth for critical focussing.

  15. Push/ Pull E6 development: Your experiences?

My only experience with push/pull has to do with Velvia 50. I've found it can be pushed up to one stop and you'll see primarily an increase in contrast. I haven't liked what I've gotten from...
