  1. Re: The real difference between RH ANAYLSER PRO and STOPCLOCK PROFESSIONAL

The Stopclock is an f-stop timer only, if you want to add an analyser function you need to get the separate Zonemaster enlarging meter. They can link together so you can transfer measurements from...

  3. Gitzo 1371 3-way head has two locking knobs?

I've been trying out a Gitzo 1371 head recently. For some reason it has a second locking knob for the forward/backward tilt. I've circled them here in the photo, one is also a handle but both are...

    Re: Ventilation specs for darkroom

I wasn't making any comment on the size of the fan required, I was just giving the OP another data point for recommended air changes per hour.

Re: Citric and acetic acid as stop (bath)

Kodak's SB-8 formula for citric acid stop bath is 15g/L. I keep a scoop in my big tub of citric acid powder that gives me approximately that much and just mix one-shot as needed. Throw a scoop in and...

    Re: Ventilation specs for darkroom

I have a similar ventilation setup and I used an inline duct fan similar to that one. I have a hard time believing that one of those would do 240 CFM. Mine was a 5-inch model and it did about 50 CFM....

This is fantastic! One of the best threads I've seen on here. Really, really great work and thank you for sharing it with us. I love having the BTS mixed in as well.
  9. Re: Mounting a Metal Retaining Ring onto a Metal Lensboard

I use hot glue and tape to do this and it works great. Also easily removed in the future.

For something more permanent I would use JB Weld.
  10. Re: 8x10 E6 processing Who and Where ? North America( USA and Canada) HELP!!!

I use The Lab Vancouver. They have done a good job with my E-6 and C-41 roll film although I've never used them for anything large format. Their website says they do 8x10.

  16. Re: Advice required for selenium toning Ilford Warmtone
