the lens is a Russian Industar I 37 300mm f4.5.

I have two 1950's Kodak lenses I use with my 1940's Technika.
A 100mm Wide Field Ektar and a 8+1/2 inch Commercial Ektar.
They make lovely pictures if I get things right.
There's definitely...

A "sublimation printer" is how the T shirt makers would do it I think.
Hopefully google can help you find someone local to you.

You make it look easy...
I really enjoyed watching them, thanks.

I fitted a new bellows to my Technika iii this year.
Hopefully it will still be good in another seventy years or so...
If I wanted one with a rangefinder I would go for a Master Technika.

These were referred to as "over center" cams when I was a student.
They have to go past the point of full compression to lock.
If you don't insist on "vintage" there are some other possible choices

Is it possible the member called Hugh is the Hugh Brownstone of the video?
I watched the video and didn't see anything worth getting upset about.
The tone of the blog seems sad and bitter.

In my innocence I planned to use the Technika with a 100mm Wide Field Ektar and the 8 1/2" Commercial Ektar.
This summer has shown me the error of my ways...
The plan for next year is all Geman...
Some very tidy looking "hobbling" going on there....

Thank you for taking the time to post this.
I haven't used the lens yet.

"All Technika lll cameras, regardless of age, have the same size hole in the front standard and all accept the same type boards."
Hi Bob,
it's good to have things confirmed by an expert....

I made the measurement from an earlier style of Technika iii front standard.
The type with the folding wire frame viewfinder.
It would be no harm to check the camera in question.

Teak is apparently very resistant/poisonous to termites :)
I have a Technika iii standard with a 70.8mm hole for reference.
The hole in a Technika iv is 84mm wide.
My wide angle for the Technika is a 100/6.3 Wide Field Ektar.

At home I shoot a Linhof 45s monorail on a 5 series Gitzo.
It's rock solid.
It's very heavy.
I use a 3kg Technika and a 3kg Linhof alloy tripod for "away from the house" images.
It works...
