    Darkroom use in Rome?

I know I'm asking a lot but anyone know of a place in Rome that has darkroom use for BW prints/dev film? This is a long shot.

    Sacha,

Thanks. I think I will be sending my film out of Italy since I can't find someone to develop it here.

I was not too worried about customs, I just wanted to get the film that was in date. Italy seems to be a bit behind of technology and non-digital camera stuff. I've only seen one place for film and...

    Photo supplies in Rome Italy

I saw it on a previous thread but was not able to find it. Looking for a place in Rome Italy to buy film. BW and or color 4x5 and 120. Or would it be better to just buy from BH in NYC?

    Re: Lost a screw!

    Keiske,

I'm going to wait till I'm settled in our new place before I contact Mr. T about the cap screw. If I do it now it will just get lost in the move across the globe.

    Re: Wood in extreme heat

Depends on the briar. Better make sure those walls are think, really good grain and birdseye will always help. Now you just need to find film that will fit or cut some.

    Re: Wood in extreme heat

Since most wood cameras are fire-cured I would assume they will stand up to the heat. At least that's the theory I'm sticking with.

    Scans in Seattle

When did scanning a 4x5 b/w negative become so spendy? $10 per neg. Really!? I mean I;m not drum scanning here, just doing a flatbed scan. Makes me wish I could bring my V700 with me to Rome.
