Does anyone know the exact dimensions for the Mentor Reflex 9x 12 lens boards? They are about 8x10 cm, I have understood, but what is the thickness?

May I ask what material this adapter is made of?
Sincerely, Bjarte
May I use your images of the adapter in a Graflex SLR forum on facebook?
Thanks! Much appreciated. I have sent them an inquiry, just asking to order the insert and appropriate shims. In worst case I can always shim the ground glass myself. I managed with my Graflex Super...
How much did this adapter cost? Would S.K. Grimes also provide accurate shims for the ground glass?
regards, Bjarte
Why not get a cheap Speed Graphic for it?
Graflex made a 8x10 SLR ...
The bellows draw is way too long for a 90mm ...
Damn ... given away ...
Jo Lommen would know. He's got access to one. Or wait ... it's either him or John D Vries. That Aero Ektar guy.
Using my Razzle 4x5 on a ... bike.
I say! It worked!
It was too small. I have not tried to bend the togs. Will do ...
No, the 43mm slip-on filter did not fit. It was so close, but alas ...
The core solution is to slow down your shutter, as you need a narrow aperture in your focal plane curtain to achieve the same results.
Thanks. I just ordered a 43mm yellow filter. Exciting.
Does anyone know exactly what they are called, the snap on filters for the Ektar 190mm on the Graflex Super D?
I'm pretty sure the red leather on your camera is not the original one. It looks rather rough compared to the finish these cameras usually have.

It still hurts ... Badly ....
I just attach my Nikon D300 to the back of my Graflex via an adapter, points the camera at an even surface, and compare the histograms from the Nikon shutter with the Graflex shutter. Easy, reliable.
Forgot my Hasselblad with three lenses and lightmeter on the tube in Stockholm. Never seen it since ...
Ilford Delta 3200 4x5 never existed. Miss it anyway.
What's really ugly on the Littman, is the cut on the right side of the camera, and the Horseman back which is attached to the pack film back that's attached to the camera ...
I would say the Graflex Super D is a more reliable hand held 4x5 camera. You really know it's in focus.
Agfapan 25 and Kodak Readyload.
My Top Rangefinder Speed Graphic has a cam for my 90mm. Works flawlessly.
Graflok-grafmatics are number 1268. Graflex-grafmatics are number 1168.
You can probably obtain precut leather from http://www.cameraleather.com/
This technician must obviously have retired?
I might get the shutter to work, had I only the curtain.
I'm just curious: How many of you have a Beseler 4x5 Press Camera that actually works in every aspect? I recently bought one, and the curtain is of course missing. I found out that it's triggered...
You are certain this is model 1268? Not 1168?
Hi Simon.
I have one of these too. No shutter curtain, though. Have you still got yours?
An Ilex #5 might do the trick as well:
...
A good guess is always worth while. So you are right. Tell me if you experience focusing issues. I can help you calibrating the rangefinder. You might have to move the cam ...
I see. But I have examined the rangefinder frames in his cameras, and I don't think they have been modified. Neither have I heard of anyone's that have modified them to match 4x5. It could be that...
By the way, where did you get your 900 from?
You can make a mask for your ground glass out of nearly anything. The frame in the viewfinder is closer to 3x4 than 4x5, as that's closer to the original format of the camera. If you feel you're...
No, it's actually perfect. The hood is lightweight and folds up in my bag. And you can bend it any way you like depending on lens tilt. And you can insert many filters in the slots.
Purely by accident I found out I could attach a Lee lens hood to my Aero Ektar. The Lee adapter ring called 82mm W.WA will snap on to the front of the Aero Ektar. It is by no means attached via the...
Of course, Hasselblad has the very nice CFV II 16MP and CFV-39 backs that fit the V-series bodies. From what I'v read, even the CFV II 16MP back will give you better resolution and cleaner files than...
