I agree with this combo. Just add a Beseler or Unicolor roller base and you're in business! The Jobo 2553 tank has a cog lid which you don't want unless you're getting a Jobo CPP...

This looks like that contraption that they dropped a pod (containing Jodie Foster) through in "Contact"...

I actually did this in Europe...and it worked well. Used an 80 GB classic iPod with a photo connector. It takes time downloading the images, but I figured I'd have to charge the iPod and the camera...
You got me thinking here. I'd have to agree with everyone on the technical as well as the psychological advantages of larger formats, but Mike's statement got me thinking. Using a large format...

I'm not sure about the Rodenstock lens, but the Schneider 90mm f5.6 SA XL has a large enough rear element that I use a bag bellows on my F2. You may want to check to see if you'll need the bag...
A small can of Dust-Off, small roll of white artist tape, a sharpie pen, ziploc baggies/Eagle Creek pack sacs to carry stuff.
When I'm just going around town or am going to be close to my car, I use a Lowepro Commercial AW bag. It fits the Sinar F2 folded and wrapped in a darkcloth, with the rail holder, a 6" extension...

Might try these at Eagle Creek. They're zippered and have a hanging clip. I use smaller ones for my 4x5 holders, and...
I'm a root beer junkie...so I'll look for Virgil's. The downside is that it's a lot of sugar, so I usually drink the IBC diet root beer...really tasty for a diet drink!
...has this become a root...
These work really well when you hang them on a shower curtain rod. I usually use every other clip to keep some spacing in between negs. The clips are sturdy enough to hold negs easily. You could...

I agree...awesome!
You can fold an F2 by removing the lens, releasing the bellows from the front standard, moving the standards to opposite ends of the rail, tilting the rear standard on top of the compacted bellows,...

It's such a wonderful time of the year to be in Yosemite Valley, too. I'm just glad that no one was killed in this slide...although it was awfully close to some pretty populated areas.
Poipu Beach, Kauai in Hawaii...none better for families.
There's also a Calumet on N. Highland Ave. Sorta' near Samy's on Fairfax. I'd be willing to bet that you could have either of them order the film for you if it's not in stock... In LA I think the...
