    I purchased one of these cameras a couple of months ago and am, at the early stage, very happy with it. It's not the most solid camera in world when set up but I haven't used any other light 8x10...

    great camera. Compact and relatively light. Bellows very supple and rear standard can be slid forward for very wide lenses. GG is a bit coarse but with a fresnel it's fine.

    I'm very interested in this camera. The usable lens list on the BH site leaves many lenses out. Is there a more complete review coming?

    The mottling of large areas of continuous tone is a known problem to photographers who shoot a lot of sky and other subjects where tone doesn't change much. Negs with a lot of detail don't suffer...

    Tripod and Head for Toyo 810G Monorail

    Have searched the forums and found bits and pieces but nothing really useful, hopefully someone can answer this one for me :-)

    The 810G has a rail clamp and 3/8"? thread, I think. At the moment...

    Thanks for the kind words. I like the image you posted here and am experimenting with 160S at the moment. Any tips for scanning, exposing etc? I use Vuescan and also Epson s/ware...
