After mixing XTOL (or its equivalent), I pour it in stoploss bags, 1L per bag. It is easy to squeeze out air from them.

Look into Adobe FrameMaker, it is very, very powerful. I use it on MacOS via VMWare Fusion, since FrameMaker is now supported only on (help...) Windows.

Not to mention that B&H is a convenient store for Canadian buyers. An important source of materials gone...Let us hope that they will revise this extreme policy.

I always pre-soak, but have only used Kodak BW film in 35mm, 120 and 4x5 formats, together with Kodak developpers in the last 30-40 years.

Before getting the Thomas Safelight, I had ye olde Kodak safelight with an Amber (OC?) filter, it was OK. I did consider at one point replacing it by Amber leds.

Perhaps amber leds are a better choice, for black and white work.

I use Thomas Duplex in 8x10 darkroom. I put it high enough so that it's large mass up there is not a bother.
