  1. Re: Kodak 4X5 B&W to be packaged in 10 sheet boxes (only)?

I stopped using Tmax a while ago because I could no longer bring myself to spend nearly twice the money (over Ilford) for film. These new 10 sheet boxes won't do anything but drive that per sheet...

I also noticed while double checking the TMY price at B&H that they list TMY in 8x10 as "discontinued", is that a recent development or something that happened a while back that I just never noticed...

In all fairness, if you are ordering film 20 boxes at a time, your financial considerations are probably quite a bit different from mine.

This is where I find myself too. I don't shoot that much either, so the extra money isn't the end of the world, but for me this is a hobby (albeit a very serious one) and I don't have an endless...

You are looking at TMX (Tmax 100). I'm talking about TMY (Tmax 400), currently showing $109.99 at both Freestyle and B&H.

Film prices (Kodak TMY in particular)

Did I miss something? At the end of last week I could have purchased a 50 sheet box of Kodak T-Max 400 (4x5) for $85 from B&H. In the next day or so, I start seeing ads from B&H saying that $85 is...
  9. Re: Zone VI, Shen Hao, Tachihara, Chamonix, Oh Brother!

I've had my Chamonix 045N-1 since 2008. It has way more movement than I've ever required in the field, it's lighter than most (if not all) of the cameras you listed, it is quite rigid even when fully...

  11. Looking for a new Film/Dev combination. Opinions wanted.

I think I just ordered my last box of T-Max 400 today. I've been thinking about changing for a while, partly due to thoughts about continued availability but now mostly due to costs. As of this...
