    The red rubber hose looks crispy to me, it might be leaking from a crack somewhere on the hose causing pressure loss
    I'd check that first. Especially near the nipple at the bottom of the piston.

    If it was an expensive lens return it, otherwise repair it, getting the aperture blades back in place takes a lot of patience.

    If you don't want to use heat all types of solder are soft, a wood chisel and some light tapping should shave most the solder off
