I use the #10 slot with Ilford filters that I cut to size. I don't love it, but it works just fine for me.

I had a similar looking problem and it was because I used to use photoflo in the tank while the film was still on the reel. I cleaned the reels thoroughly with a toothbrush and the problem went away...
Really like that full performance-length pinhole, it's executed really well. I've got a few similar ideas I've been meaning to try this might just motivate me to do it. In the meantime here's some...
Really digging this stuff lately:
Some tree roots. Wish I got the focus a little sharper all the way across the frame. 5x7 Direct Positive with Burke & James and Wollensak Versar:...
Here are some abandoned clothes near Bull Creek, shot on Ilford Direct Positive 5x7 w/ a Wollensak Versar:

Actually here's one from the Harman Titan on FP4+ in Caffenol C-L:

I really like those Venice shots, Alessandro. The pinhole on the titan is really quite sharp and I think it works well for those shots. I have one as well, but I wish it had a little more of...
Here are some "biosolids" that I believe are in the process of becoming "dillo dirt" at Hornsby Bend in Austin. Fujinon 210 on a Crown Graphic. HP5+ in HC-110 dil. B

Glad to see my little thread is still going strong. I had been away from LF for a while, but I built this 5x7 pinhole camera a little while ago and am getting back into the swing of things. Homemade...
Just starting to try this stuff out. Someone asked about safelights -- you may want to do a quick test with the red one you plan on using, my (admittedly cheap) red safelight definitely caused some...
Here is one taken with my new Harman Titan on Foma 100 of the Elisabet Ney museum:

Austin's (excellent) photo of the engine on the sand reminded me of this pinhole I took of a muffler in some clover. Same basic tech data as the first tree image I posted but a much shorter...
Some great images so far, I'm glad to see this finally got some replies!
In terms of making your own pinhole. I roughly followed this guide:...
No offense, but I'm having a really hard time making sense of what is happening in this picture. I think the blown highlights in the snowy part almost make it look like it belongs to another image...
I had a similar thing with an Epson v500, and it was resolved by unplugging and re-plugging the cable that connects the top of the scanner to the bottom part of the unit. Don't know if yours is the...

Lap Dog?
Crown Graphic HP5+ 137mm
Looked back a few pages, didn't see any pinhole image threads. I've been messing around with them lately, was curious as to what other people are up to. This is taken with a homemade pinhole...
I use 800ml in a Patterson tank to do the taco method; the one time I just decided to eye-ball the right amount in to the tank (don't know what I was thinking) I came up a little short and had a...
Just a quick google search turns up a few things:
http://www.ilfordphoto.com/Webfiles/20114271220441194.pdf For film, but I think the idea is the same for paper...
Ed,
I also prefer the slightly off-center one; I feel like it benefits from the little bit more expanse (from the 75mm compared to the 90mm) and the warmer tones you gave that image really make the...
The boat that takes people around the lake and to Wizard Island is just out of the frame (toward the bottom right). From up where I took the photo it looks like a tiny two person boat but it's got...
Love the mood on that shot Miguel, it's got a bit of mystery to it.
Just realized there was some telephone poles earlier in the thread; loved the Portland fountain shots, too. Here is one that caught my eye, and the first negative (FP4+) I've developed in Caffenol...
I use a refurb Epson v500 that was maybe $100 or so when I bought it. You have to scan in two passes and stitch it together for 4x5, which is a little tedious, but at the volume I work at it's not...

Crater Lake, Oregon - Crown Graphic with 90mm Ilex Caltar FP4+
I use a crown graphic pretty often as a field camera and for traveling. I stripped it down a bit and removed the (side-mount, in this case) range finder and the internal cable release deal. I can...
I used to use an Olympus EP-1 to take some test shots, but I, like a few others mentioned, have started using my iPhone for metering/visualizing and haven't looked back. It's quick and a great way...
I've been lurking around for a while, thought I'd finally contribute something. Here is some one taking a quite high jump (maybe 50ft down) in to Tamolitch Pool in Oregon.
