In time: since film plane and sensor plane are different with these adapters, focus or sharpening checks are not possible AFAIK...
I've made one of these adapters for my Sinar. Use it for exposure proofing, Polaroid style, and even did some close portraits with it - works like a TS-E, but 150mm TS-E did not exist...

I usually block the darkslide rails - they're a bit shorter - with index and thumb. Film does not have other way than the correct rails then.
