Check the exemptions to the minimum order. I've used WCI for years and I am astounded at their quality. I see no reason to leave my success with them behind for an unknown lab.

Thank you to all for the great posts. We leave Thursday and return mid October. I knew I could count on you folks, thank you so much.
Hey folks, I'm taking my bride to Italy for the first two weeks in October...It's our twentieth anniversary. She said I could take a camera…she didn’t say which one. So, where in all of Italy is...
This looks too good to pass up...count me in. Thanks!!
Hey Michael: Send me a map just in case my prior appointment falls through. I'd love to shoot with you guys this time. rafloyd 14 at verizon dot net.

Welcome aboard Steven: If that friend of yours has a last name that starts with "H" we will probably see you at the next Fort Worth gathering attended by Mr. Huski. He has a way of inspiring the...
Songyun: If all you need is an ambient reader I highly recommend a Sekonic L-398A Studio Deluxe III or really any variant of that model. I bought mine in 1977 and it still gives me right on the...
Gentlemen: I am humbled and honored to have been "the man with the keys" especially since the main key did not work out as planned. I have worked at this venue for the past seven years and you all...
Since we’re using my own words now, thanks Michael, uh, let’s talk about some practical stuff. You will want to park your vehicle on Commerce Street because, one, it will be in the shade for most of...
Michael:
For what it's worth. I work at the Old Court House and I have a key to get in. If you don't mind working without air conditioning I think we can wave the fee. I can turn on the lights...
Mr. Singer: Sunday sounds wonderful. I haven't been able to attend the other dates because of other commitments but I have always wanted to meet you and the gang. I'll be watching this thread for...
I stand to the side and give the tripod ten seconds to recover from any vibration, shade the lens, and listen for any irregularity in the sound of the shutter. Hope this helps.
Get thee to all the information found here: http://www.largeformatphotography.info/. The information is the most comprehensive available on the web.
Count me in.

Jamiek: I think the obvious question is what lens is on the front? Could the lens be the cause of the dim view?

"Pretty pristine" sounds great but a photo of your baby will tell us more. I have an extra 200 laying around if that helps.

Thanks Ron!

Anyone else out there having difficulty finding 4x5 Fujipro 160s in fifty count?

Welcome William:
I saw the clip; what a great project. I play the electric bass at church but I don't think anyone would consider my style as classic. I shoot film in a somewhat classic manner on...
You're in the right place. I still remember my first 4x5 shot I took at Brooks Institute of an archway with a Cambo SC on Tri-X back in 1977. I now have two 4X5 cameras and a bunch of glass. What a...
The rear standard or the horse shoe mount gets my vote. If you use swings and tilts often just be sure you camera is back to neutral before reading the bubble. I have two 4x5's, one field and one...
I have made several high dollar purchases from Badger Graphics. Everything from my Ebony to several lenses and film and I've never had a problem. Jeff gives the best customer service in the nation...
Got my vote!

Peanut, in a yellow bag, right? I totally understand. My wife hides them from the kids. I've learned to get by on plain.

Everyone has their photography heros and Bruce is on my short list. His book is a reflection of a great teacher. My tummy ache went away but I now know my way around my camera better than I ever did....
Tell Bruce I finally made it through take down and put back up fifty times in one setting with a large bag of Hershey's Kisses. I started after lunch on a Saturday and finished well past dinner...
Steve:
I really like my Photobackpacker system. The customer service is the best I've found.

Hey Guys:
Thank you for all the fun had at the Falls. It's one of those parks most everyone in the area went to when they were kids in the summer time. The rest of the year it has very few...
Hey Vphill:
A loud welcome! I'm also your neighbor, in Garland. I'm headed up to the Davis Mountains in the morning to shoot Turner Falls on 4x5. It's about 40 miles north of the TX/OK state...
I think you were more than careful enough in your developer agitation. I've seen similar odd shapes or even repetitive lines caused by a weak fixer in tri-x developed in D-76. IMHO I think the...
Yo Rick:
I usually leave the house by 4:30 or 5 in the morning to get to the falls about 30 minutes before sunrise. If the light is right I'll even shoot some 120. My next window of opportunity...
Hey Rick:
I've been watching this post since it came up. Tell ya what, I'll meet you at Turner Falls if we can get an agreed day; that's about half way for each of us. I usually shoot the falls...
I cant' let this opportunity get away. Is it really safe to come out like this in DFW? I mean, the last time I came across a fellow film shooter in this area was years ago at a wedding where the...
I bought my last batch of Velvia (50 & 100) at Badger Graphics and they (Jim) sent the entire order to my hotel in Colorado two days before I caught a flight from Dallas. B&H would not ship to my...
Run don't walk to photobackpacker.com. I took my 4x5 to Alaska with two lenses and a 6.45 setup. Great customer service and my emailed questions were answered very quickly. Very good product IMHO.

Whether or not to use rubber gloves while handling chemicals in the darkroom was the one I came across while teaching high school students bw processing.

I went with PhotoBackpacker. Keeps dust away and offers a higher degree of protection for your glass. IMHO

I'm looking for a copyright statement to place on the back of my sold photographs. In the late 80's I vaguely remember seeing an example of such a statement on the back of a portrait created by a...
Mark:
I'm no expert; however, I've seen similar lines due to a weak fixer in simple tank development over the years with old D-76. The last time it happened to me I just happened to catch it...
