Hi Joel, yes, I'm sure. There is also a locking lever but the two knobs of which one isn't working are for focussing.

I just received my new to me Toyo Field 45A.
Everything works as it should apart from one of the two fine-focussing knobs.
One of these is loose, it has no grip on the rod...
