smaller than 35mm is not "huge"
I think the only reason to create equipment to produce bigger chips would be for
photography. But the top end market is not big enough.
Every other area goes towards smaller structures. ...
I use it mainly colour negative for night time photography because it holds
highlight detail better. And I like the colour seperation.
Tried it on an image and don`t like the result. Creates dark halos around bright areas.

I have the same redraw issue with an ATI card and a Mac Pro.
Its actually really annoying since I used to be able to switch layers

really? thanks for the tip. would not have guessed that.
I also recommend the Vuescan + colorNeg combination for epson scanners. The

Nobody bothered me in China....but when I first tested my new large format camera
in the back of a supermarket in london I got stopped by a trained monkey.
Just a quick explanation of the noise removal for the V750 scans.
Since the noise has mainly green and magenta components I use the
a channel in Lab on top of the L channel in hard light mode. ...
Thanks for the explanation, Michael.
I guess Sandy is right. I dont have any experience with drum scanners but I read
about the different options you have with aperture settings on a drum scanner and
how that can change the...
I would like to add that with a flatbed like the V750 you have the option of doing
multipass scans to increase detail in dense areas. Maybe it would be interesting
to add a multipass scan to those...
I would seperate the technical part from the emotional part. I can see why you
would dismiss her work because it may not live up to your technical standard.
But that can not be the only parameter...
I would call that trashing.
Yes, can be quite funny.

That is unfortunate. I was just thinking about ordering something from them.
That sounds really interesting. Can you post an image made by that technique?

Yes the technique is extremely interesting since b/w negative has such a wide

regular colour negative its hard to...
