I'm still struggling to frame my shots accurately without a viewfinder. I think I need to use this camera more often to be able sort it out.

For the record the Kodak 2D 8x10 back has spring-loaded slots for both 5x8 and 4x10 splitter panels. I haven't made any yet, but it looks pretty easy to do.

Thanks very much. Yeah, that fractured lens is nuts, but I had fun trying it out. Since I only paid $10 for it I think I've already gotten my money's worth. The image above was taken with a 6.5" B&L...

Yep, it gives the bellows a little reinforcement against sagging in the front. Mine is covered in a felt-like cloth and still works well with firm "spring" action. Never thought to remove it, though....

Color-coded lens boards. Could be a new trend!

Thanks. I have to say I was surprised by the result. The image on the ground glass was very dim and hard to focus, but it worked out in the end.

It's nice to see these large; lots of detail to marvel at. That first one threw me as I scrolled down, and down, and down.... That must have been some front rise you used.
