Don't know whether you can still find it, Liquid Light will allow you to print a negative on the shirt, think darkroom... although i don't remember it being washable.

you can use hc-110 as a one-shot developer, no worries about dilution a,b, etc.
start with 18ml to 950ml of water, 9 min@ 68f degrees - adjust from there. ( i actually over-develops 20%) - WORKS...

From tampa-st. pete area - with no intervention my darkroom temp/chemicals vary between 70 and 75 deg. it may vary a bit in the depth of winter or summer. may be less than optimal but i usually...

i've used the zone system for 20 years... it's a simple method for me to measure the tones i want and re-create in the final print. there may be betters ways, it's a methodology that works for me.
will have to order my copy... an artful record of a vanishing tool!

BEWARE... should you take the advice of those urging to get a daylight tank, developer and do-it-yourself, it is the "gateway drug" to putting together your own darkroom!!!:)

wallpapering trays can be found in larger sizes, are economical and don't need outrageous amount of chemicals
