I used the Gitzo GM2561T, I think it's very light (I think the lightest from gitzo) and the height is just nice for RF focusing.

just received the 8x10. The brightness is just a slight improvement over the GG.
I have a bright focus screen done by yanke. The manufacturer is a very nice guy. The screen is pretty good. I think it's Perspex. Very light. I just bought a 8x10 from him. Will comment later

Ya, I think so too, the optical representation is fanning out cause our eyes are used to seeing finishing point when looking at vertical building... that's why it look as though the head is bigger...
