Thanks! Hadn't thought of that comparison, but I see what you mean.

Berlin City West. Homemade 8X10 Camera. I used a 8x10 pinholecamera and fixed a Fujinon 180 mm on it. I think the focuspoint is about 8 meters.

Is this a landscape? I don't know but I like it anyways. A building being torn down. Scan but I think I'll print it at some point.

One more, taken the same evening as above. Chamonix 045N-2, Nikkor-W 135 mm, Adox CHS 100 II, Adox Adonal. No print yet.

Two "suburban landscapes" (Madison and Chatham NJ) and one "small urban landscape" (Hudson NY, not sure if Hudson is a small city or a large town). All are negative scans from HP5+ negatives developed in PMK.
The line-up of mail trucks caught my eye on Labor Day, I had never seen the entire fleet parked idle at once. I used my 80mm, planning to crop out the foreground when I composed the image.

The back of the Iron Horse Machine Shop in Madison, NJ interested me both because of the textures in the cement, and because from the back it is close to being a cube, the way the pre-K students in my wife's class would draw a building.

And lastly, Hudson Transport in the river town of Hudson NY caught my eye because of the juxtaposition of the Transport sign and the bicycle (I assume they own some cars?).

Critique and comments always welcome.
Great captures, Peter. I particularly like the irony in your third shot. Looks like the last car leaving their premises was in the 1930's.:)

Peter,
reminiscent of the work of George Tice. That's high praise in my book.
Peter, Mark: Thank you both.

Shop Wall, Winton
Gelatin-silver photograph on Ilford single-weight FB glossy Grade 3, image area 19.6cm X 24.6cm, from an 8x10 Tri-X negative exposed in a Tachihara 810HD triple extension field view camera with a Fujinon-W 300mm f5.6 lens.
They don't build 'em pretty out at Winton but they build them to last.
